By booking with Dear Dog Daycare, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Location & Currency
Dear Dog Daycare operates in Australia and all services are provided in Australia. All transactions and prices are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or directly with us. Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Cancellations
Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or booking changes. Late cancellations, missed bookings, or failure to attend may result in a cancellation fee.

Dog Behaviour & Safety
All dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive, and suitable for a social daycare environment. Any aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate removal from daycare and refusal of future bookings.

Health Requirements
All dogs must be in good health and up to date with required vaccinations. Dogs showing signs of illness, injury, parasites, or any condition that may place other dogs or staff at risk may be refused entry.

Liability
While we take all reasonable care, owners acknowledge that dogs interact in a group environment and accept the inherent risks involved. Dear Dog Daycare is not liable for minor injuries, illness, loss, damage, or incidents that may occur during daycare, except where required by law.

Emergency Care
If an emergency occurs, we may seek veterinary treatment for your dog. Any veterinary or related costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Owners must comply with scheduled drop-off and pick-up times. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.

Media & Photos
We may take photos or videos of dogs for social media, website, or promotional purposes unless the owner requests otherwise in writing.

Changes to Services
Dear Dog Daycare reserves the right to update services, pricing, policies, or these terms at any time. Any updated terms will be published on our website.
