Dear dog daycare starts at 7am until 6pm, We offer dog daycare every week day including public holidays, Dogs will be picked up from your home between 7am - 9:30am, and dropped off between 3:30pm - 6pm.

Due to the high volume of dogs we are servicing, we are unable to provide specific times and can only offer a time frame. Please confirm if someone will be available at home for pickup between 7AM and 9:30AM and for drop-off between 3:30PM and 6:00 PM. If no one will be home during these times, please ensure a spare key is available for access.

Once they arrive, the fun begins! Your furry friend will be let loose in our yards which have separate areas for their comfort where they will play and make new doggy friends, under the supervision of our expert staff. Plus, all yards provide dogs with a comfortable area to rest, which also makes a great spot for staff cuddles!

After a big day of exercise and socialisation, your dog will generally be quite tired when it arrives home. Which gives you some peace and quite to relax.

Complimentary home pick-up and drop-off for all dogs in air-conditioned comfort. Due to the amount of dogs within this service we can not provide specific times but only the time frame below. Spare keys are required if no will be home.

For the safety and comfort of all dogs, each one is securely placed in an individual crate within the van, ensuring a safe and stress-free ride. Our crates are appropriately sized to accommodate dogs of all breeds and sizes, providing a comfortable and secure travel experience.

Dogs picked up from your home between 7am - 9:30am, and dropped off between 3:30pm - 6pm. 

Our pick up area extends through much of the Inner West, Southern Sydney. Areas include Croydon park, Strathfield, Burwood, Auburn, Bankstown, Ashfield, Greenacre, Canterbury, Roselands, Lidcombe, Concord, Marrickville, Ashfield, Rockdale, Earlwood, Leichhardt, Punchbowl and many more so please contact us as we are happy to confirm if you're located within our pick-up area.

Owners are welcome to drop off and pick up their dogs themselves. Our operating hours for this service are from 9:30am to 3pm.

No matter the breed, age or temperament of your dog, our team of highly-trained dog behavioural specialists will address any issue of concern and customise an individual dog behavioural program to specifically for your dog

We welcome all breeds and sizes of dogs at our facility.

Our staff-to-dog ratio is 1:10 to ensure that each dog receives individual attention and care.

Please bring any special lunch or treats your dog may require as we do provide treats for the dog's during the day.

For late pick-up after 3:30 p.m., the first hour will be charged at $25, with an additional $10 for each subsequent hour.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee.

If you're unable to make your scheduled booking, feel free to contact us for a possible reschedule—we’re happy to assist! You can also reschedule yourself up to the day before your appointment.
